§02Local notes
Notifiable electrical work in Ormskirk, such as a new circuit or a replacement consumer unit, has to be registered with building control at West Lancashire Borough Council. A NAPIT registered contractor notifies it for you, and you get the certificate to keep with the house.
Private landlords in Ormskirk need a satisfactory EICR for every rented home at least every five years. Work out when yours is due.
Power gone, something burning, or a trip switch that will not reset? Use the fault check for what to do right now, or call 07301 570755 any time.
